What is the difference between the fixed position and the flexible position?
With the fixed desk (FIX desk) you always have the same desk: you can personalize it and leave your work materials. With the flexible desk (FLEX desk) you choose your spot each day among the available desks, with no assigned table.
Can I start with the flexible one and switch to the fixed one later, or vice versa?
Yes, you can change your plan when your needs change. You just have to let us know before the end of the month.
Is there a minimum commitment period for either of them?
No. Both the fixed and flexible desks have no commitment; you can cancel at the end of the month by giving us 15 days' notice.
Do I have 24/7 access to the space?
It depends on the membership type. With the flexible one, you have access depending on the contracted plan. With the fixed one, 24/7 access is activated starting from the second month; during the first month, the hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM.
What happens if I sign up and then I'm not convinced?

Do the fixed or flexible desk include meeting room hours?
Yes, the fixed desk includes 16 hours of meeting room use (Vital, Casual, or Idea Room). Flexible desks include 8 hours of meeting room use, and morning or afternoon flex desks include 4 hours of meeting room use.
