The most important part of Coworking is the community that composes it.
Use Coworking as a business center!
Workspace is not just a space to work and hold meetings.
After six years working we have proven that the coworking philosophy works. We currently have 50 coworkers (freelancers, freelancers and small businesses), digital nomads who are regular coworkers and users linked to the space who participate and interact in the events we organize.
Designed for freelancers, teleworkers and small businesses. We have offices, rooms with desks and meeting rooms with different capacities.
All rooms have natural light, high ceilings and large windows that provide a very pleasant working environment. In addition to all the resources that our customers may need (internet, security, printing, office, air conditioning ... ) so that they can focus only on their working day.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions, however if you have any unanswered questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Workspace Coworking Almería is a coworking space. It is located at Calle Doctor Fleming, 12, 04004 Almería, Spain.
Workspace is a coworking space located at Calle Arráez 11, in a historic 19th-century building very close to Plaza Vieja, in the center of Almería. It offers flexible and fixed desks, private and semi-private offices, corporate spaces, meeting and training rooms, virtual office services, and day passes.
The difference between a coworking space and a traditional office lies in their structure, cost, and flexibility. **Coworking Spaces:** * **Structure:** Flexible and community-oriented. You rent a desk or a private office within a larger shared space. * **Cost:** Generally more affordable, as you share the costs of rent, utilities, amenities, and services with other members. You typically pay a monthly membership fee. * **Flexibility:** Highly flexible. You can often choose from various membership plans (hot-desking, dedicated desk, private office) and scale up or down as needed. Leases are usually short-term. * **Amenities:** Shared amenities like meeting rooms, kitchens, lounges, printers, Wi-Fi, and often coffee/tea. * **Community:** Emphasis on networking and collaboration with professionals from various industries. Events and workshops are often organized. * **Ideal for:** Freelancers, startups, small teams, remote workers, and anyone seeking a flexible and cost-effective workspace with a sense of community. **Traditional Offices:** * **Structure:** Private and dedicated. You rent an entire space exclusively for your company. * **Cost:** Typically more expensive. You are responsible for all rent, utilities, maintenance, furniture, and other operational costs for the entire space. * **Flexibility:** Less flexible. Leases are usually longer-term (e.g., 3-5 years or more), and making changes to the space can be costly and time-consuming. * **Amenities:** You are responsible for providing and maintaining all amenities for your employees. * **Community:** Primarily focused on the internal community of your own company. * **Ideal for:** Larger, established companies, businesses with specific security or branding needs, or those who prefer complete privacy and control over their workspace. In summary, coworking spaces offer a more flexible, community-driven, and often cost-effective solution, while traditional offices provide exclusivity, privacy, and complete control over a dedicated space.
In a coworking space like Workspace, it's not a rental, it's a service. You don't have to contract utilities or make an initial investment. You pay a fee that includes the space, furniture, internet, climate control, cleaning, security, reception staff, and access to common areas. Your commitment is to the service you contract: a daily pass commits you only for that day, and a monthly desk commits you for that month.
Do I have to wait until the beginning of the month to hire him?
No, you can hire it whenever you want. Monthly hires are for 30 calendar days from the day you start, not from the 1st of the month. For example, if you start on May 20th, the next invoice will be on June 20th.
Do I need to sign a commitment contract?
There is no commitment beyond what is contracted: a daily pass commits you only to those days, and a FLEX or FIX monthly position to that month. For monthly positions, a contract is signed in which you are asked to give two weeks' notice if you wish to cancel it.
What is included in the price? Are there any additional costs?
The price includes high-speed wifi, air conditioning, cleaning, access to common areas, and natural light. All rates are all-inclusive, except for lockers or a copying service for more than 10 copies.
Workspace doesn't have an internet speed. It's a suite of productivity and collaboration tools. Your internet speed depends on your internet service provider.
Workspace has dual symmetric 1,000 Mb fiber optic connections with a second backup line, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity even if the first line fails. The network system is connected to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
What is space security like?
The workspace has access control on the main entrance and private door for users with monthly fees, an alarm, and motion sensors with cameras at the entrances and in common areas.
Do you have parking nearby?
The workspace is in a blue parking zone, where you can pay with the Telpark app, as well as public parking nearby. There is also a monitored bicycle and scooter parking at reception, and a Hoppy and Bolt bike rental stop at the entrance.
Can I visit the space before hiring?
Yes, you can sign up on the Workspace visits page to schedule a no-obligation visit and see the facilities before deciding which plan best suits you.
What are the coworking hours?
The general schedule is from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, with customer service from 9 AM to 7 PM. FIX desks, private offices, and corporate spaces have 24-hour access, and flexible desks have access according to your contract. We are open on holidays for FLEX desks. Please contact us for day passes and room rentals.
Is Workspace a space just for freelancers or for companies too?
For both. Workspace works with freelancers, teleworkers, and independent professionals, as well as companies that need a presence in Almería through Hub Empresas or Espacios Corporativos.
Can I deduct the Workspace fee as a freelancer or company?
Yes. The Workspace fee is considered a rental and service expense related to the activity, deductible for Personal Income Tax (IRPF) and Corporate Tax, with deductible VAT if the activity is subject to and not exempt. Workspace issues a complete invoice with all fiscal data.
