What exactly is a FLEX position?
This is a workspace in a shared coworking area, with no assigned desk: you sit wherever is available each day. From €63/month + VAT, includes wifi, air conditioning, cleaning, and access to common areas.
Do I have a fixed desk, or does it change daily with the FLEX desk system?
With the FLEX position, the desk is not fixed; you work in the shared area and choose a spot based on availability each time you come in.
Can I switch from FLEX to FIX later on?
Yes, it's common for those who start with a FLEX to move to a FIX when they need more stability or want to leave their equipment set up. Workspace handles the change smoothly.
Does the FLEX position have any monthly limits on days or hours?
The FLEX position provides access within your contracted hours throughout the entire month, without a set number of days; what changes compared to FIX is that you do not have an exclusively assigned desk.
What are the hours for the FLEX position?
The general schedule for the FLEX position is 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday. If you are hired for the morning shift, your access will be from 8 am to 2 pm; if you are hired for the afternoon shift, your access will be from 1 pm to 7 pm.
Can I speak in the workroom with a FLEX desk?
Yes, you can talk in the workroom as long as you use a moderate tone of voice. If you need privacy, you can reserve one of the meeting rooms with your desk credits.
Do you have monitors?
Yes, the space has monitors available for coworking users on a first-come, first-served basis.
