Can I speak out loud in the coworking space?
Throughout the coworking space, conversations should be kept at a moderate volume to avoid disturbing colleagues. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and quiet work environment so that everyone can concentrate on their projects. For those moments when you need to speak more loudly, we have meeting rooms available.
What is the internet speed?
Throughout the coworking space, you have a symmetric 1 Gb WiFi 6 connection, with a second backup line from another company also providing 1 Gb symmetric. The entire network is electrically backed up with a UPS, and we also offer Ethernet connections in the meeting rooms.
What are the access hours?
Access is through each member's personal key. Access hours for offices and permanent desks are 24/7. Access hours for flexible desks are from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Morning flexible desks have access from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and afternoon flexible desks have access from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The minimum duration of monthly positions is 1 month. The contract will be extended automatically for additional one-month periods if neither party gives notice of cancellation at least 15 days in advance.
Can I make a visit before deciding?
Yes, you can schedule a visit to see our facilities with someone from our team. You can click the link on the page itself to schedule your visit.
Do you have parking?
Almería's historic center is a regulated blue zone. There are also parking in a coworking environment. You can use bike parking or come by electric scooter.
Can I print?
Yes, you can print, scan, or make copies. The price is €0.03 + VAT for black and white copies and €0.10 + VAT for color copies, billed at the end of the month to members.
