What is the difference between the three Virtual Hub levels?
The Basic plan is direct debit only. The With Room level adds 12 hours of meeting room use per semester. The With Space Access level also includes 5 day passes and 5 hours of room use each month.
Can I start at one level and change to another later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to, by letting us know in advance.
What happens if I need more passes or more room hours than those included in my plan?
They are billed at the usual single-item price: €15 per day pass and €8 per hour of room usage.
Is the address valid for registering as a self-employed worker or a company?
Yes, it is a valid tax and postal address for your registration as a self-employed worker or for your company's registered office.
Should I pick up the mail, or will you forward it to me?
You can pick it up in person or ask us to resend it to you, whichever works best for you.
Is there a contract commitment?
No, it is a monthly or semi-annual plan without a contract term, with automatic renewal unless cancelled in advance.
Can I register more than one company at the same address?
