How many offices are available and what are their sizes?
We have offices for 2, 3, 4, and 6 people. Ask us about availability for your team.
Can we have more people than fit in the office, by taking turns?
Yes, just like with the FIX and FLEX desks: you can share the use of the office among more people on the team, as long as there aren't more of you overlapping at the same time than it can hold.
What does the delivery price include?
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cleaning, guest reception, business and mail address registration, and 10 hours of meetings per month in the Vital, Idea, and Casual rooms.
Can we upgrade the size if the team grows?
Yes, you can move to a larger office whenever you need to, subject to availability.
Does it include access to meeting rooms?
In addition, all private offices have access to the Vital, Idea, and Casual meeting rooms (includes 10h/month).
Can we register the company's address as the law firm's address?
Yes, the private office includes the same services as the other Hub Empresas options: fiscal and correspondence address, and 10 hours of meeting room use per month.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No, it is a monthly contract with no commitment. With a 15-day prior notice in case you want to leave the office.
