Can we share a single position among several team members?
Yes, you can organize access among several people according to your work routine (shifts, alternate days, etc.).
If we hire 4 seats, can more than 4 people use them in shifts?
Yes. What is limited is how many people use the space at the same time, not how many different people use them throughout the week.
Can we mix FIX and FLEX desks in the same team?
Additionally, you can combine both modalities according to the needs of each team member.
What happens if the team grows or shrinks?
Thus, you can adjust the number of contracted positions from one month to the next by notifying us in advance.
Does it include access to meeting rooms?
Yes, and you also have access to the WorkSpace meeting rooms, depending on the contracted plan (FIX includes 16h/month; FLEX depends on the plan).
Do we have to assign each position to a fixed person, or can they rotate freely?
It is not necessary to assign each position to a fixed person; you can organize the shifts however suits you best, as long as there are no more people at the same time than hired positions.
