A FIX desk is an exclusively assigned desk, always the same one, where you can leave your equipment between sessions. It costs €168/month + VAT and includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, utilities, cleaning, and access to common areas.
What is the difference between the FIX and FLEX positions?
The FIX (€168/month + VAT) gives you an exclusively assigned desk. The FLEX (from €63/month + VAT) is more economical but without a fixed desk, in the shared area.
Can I leave my things at the FIX stand overnight?
Yes, as your table is exclusively yours, you can leave your monitor, documentation, or work materials set up between sessions.
What are the hours of the FIX stand?
The dedicated desk has 24/7 access starting the second month. To activate it, you must request it at the front desk, as a coworking security measure.
Does the FIX position have any mandatory retention period?
No, the FIX position has no deposit or minimum term. The contract is monthly and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 15 days in advance.
Does the FIX plan include meeting room hours?
Yes, the FIX desk includes 16 hours/month of meeting room access (Vital, Casual, or Idea), for when you need to receive clients or have more privacy.
