Santiago, what is your day-to-day life like at Workspace Coworking? I arrive around 10 in the morning and work concentrated until two o'clock. It is a pleasure to walk through the center of Almeria to get to the coworking space. Starting the day with a nice walk and then focusing on my work is a routine I really enjoy.

2. Why did you decide to work here and not from home? What are the benefits of going to a coworking space? Because, although I could work from home, I believe that breaking the home-work dynamic is healthy. I've been working in a home office for over 10 years, even since before the pandemic, and having a nice, comfortable place, with good light and cozy architecture, helps me get into "work mode". At home you can't always mentally separate rest from work.

This experience has been the best alternative to home office I have tested.

3. What is it like to work in a coworking space and why do you think this place is different from other spaces?

For the additional services. Having a space anyone can offer, but here there are activities, training and social dynamics like the one we had the other day, where we ate together and shared. Although professional contacts are not always generated, personal relationships are also valuable. Having colleagues and friends in the work environment is always positive.

I love the place itself. Working next to a window, with natural light, watching the people pass by, the children, the tourists... it inspires me and gives me energy. Almeria has a lot of sun, and that always adds up.

5. How would you describe the Workspace community? I've only been here for two months, but the people I've met are friendly and open. I like that not only professional experiences are shared, but also life stories. There is a lot of cultural diversity: Argentines, Greeks... and that is always very cool, as we say in Mexico. Yesof course. I am an analytical person and I think the value for money here is excellent. It's a very comfortable place, well located, and when you go out you can go eat nearby or enjoy the center of Almeria.
