At WorkSpace we have four rooms (Vital, Casual, Idea, and Génesis) designed for different capacities, and each one suits a different type of meeting: a confidential interview is not the same as a training session with fifteen people taking notes.

Before focusing solely on the number, keep this in mind: the seating capacity indicates how many chairs fit, not how many people can work comfortably. As an industry benchmark, it’s typically calculated at between 2 and 3 m² per person, with a margin of about 20% added to the expected number of attendees. If you’re going to be very tight on time or space, it’s better to choose a slightly larger room than to fall short on the day of the meeting.

2. Vital Room, up to 3 people

Vital is right by the coworking entrance, with a waiting area and restroom nearby, so your visitors don't have to walk all the way through the space to get there. It has two glass walls with acid-etched vinyl on the glass that provide visual privacy without completely enclosing the room: that is why it is the most used room for job interviews, confidential consultations, sessions, or contract signings.

It doesn't have a screen, and that's fine: for a conversation between 2 or 3 people you don't need one, and paying for a larger room just to have a plasma screen you aren't going to turn on doesn't make sense.

It works for you if: you receive a client, conduct an interview, close a deal, or need a private call without background noise.

3. Casual Room, up to 5 people

It is the midpoint between Vital and Idea. Air-conditioned, with a 50″ screen and ethernet connection, designed for video calls, client presentations, or medium-sized team meetings where you actually need to display something on screen.

It works for you if: you are between 4 and 5 people and the meeting involves screen sharing, either a video call with someone remote or a short presentation.

4. Idea Room, up to 8 people

Glass-enclosed room with a 55" screen, designed for more comprehensive team meetings: project reviews, cross-departmental working sessions, or small group training. If you plan to use it multiple times, the 10-hour pass (€96, valid for one year) is more cost-effective than booking individually each time.

It works for you if: You are between 6 and 8 people and need a screen, a large table, and a space that can withstand a long work session without feeling cramped.

5. Genesis Room, up to 24 people

It is the largest room, on the ground floor of the building, configurable depending on the event. It has a 75" screen and a whiteboard, so it is specifically designed for training sessions, workshops, product presentations, or public talks.

Unlike the other three, Genesis cannot be booked with a single click: our team checks availability beforehand, because these are events that usually require some coordination (setup, schedule, sometimes catering). It is not slower because it is complicated, it is just that we prefer to talk to you before an event of this size rather than leaving it to an automatic form. The standard price is €14/hour during working hours from Monday to Friday; outside of those hours, including weekends, it goes up to €28/hour. If you are going to use it several times, the 10-hour voucher (€120, valid for one year) is worth it.

It works for you if: You organize a training session, a workshop, or an event with more than 8 people and you need complete audiovisual equipment.

6. Which room based on your profile

Self-employed and remote workers

If you work alone or remotely, you usually need a meeting room on an occasion: an interview, a meeting with a client visiting Almería, an important video call you don't want to take from home. For this, Vital or Casual are almost always enough, and you don't need to commit to anything.

A detail that many don't know: if you have a full-day pass, it already includes 60 minutes of the Vital or Casual Room, and the half-day pass includes 30 minutes. And if you register your company address with our Virtual Office + Meeting Room, the plan includes 12 hours of studio time (Vital, Casual, or Idea) plus a 50% discount on Vital and Casual for the rest of the time. It’s worth checking to see if you already have studio hours available before booking separately.

Trainers and training companies

Here the criteria change: it's not just a matter of how many chairs fit, but whether the room can support a classroom-style layout and if you have a whiteboard or flipchart to support the session. For groups of up to 8 people, Idea works well as a compact training room. Beyond that, Génesis is the choice, with a capacity of 24 people and audiovisual equipment designed for that purpose.

If you conduct training on a recurring basis (the same course several weeks, or several groups a month), the 10-hour voucher is better for you than booking each session individually, and talking to us in advance about Genesis allows you to block out dates well in advance instead of booking week by week.

7. How each room is booked

Vital, Casual, and Idea can be booked online instantly with real-time availability: you log in, choose the date and time, and you're all set. Génesis is the only one that requires prior confirmation from our team, because large events usually need a few details coordinated beforehand.

8. Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if my group grows right before the meeting?

Contact us as soon as possible. If there is availability, we can move you to a larger room without any problem; therefore, if you are very tight on capacity, it is better to book with a margin from the start.

Can I try a room before committing to a bonus?

Yes. You can book a single session first and, if you see that you are going to use it on a recurring basis, switch to the 10-hour pack at any time.

Do prices include VAT?

No, the published prices do not include VAT (21%). It is added at the time of booking.

If you have a group of more than 24 people (for example, a weekend event), we also have the Open Room, but that is a different conversation. For everyday meetings and training sessions, between Vital, Casual, Idea, and Génesis, we cover almost any group size.
