How many people fit in the Genesis Room?
Capacity varies depending on the layout you choose for your event. Let us know how many people are in your group and we will confirm the appropriate setup.
Does the Genesis Room have a screen?
Yes, it features a 75-inch screen with an HDMI connection, a 120×90 cm whiteboard, Wi-Fi, and an Ethernet connection.
How much does it cost to use the room outside of regular hours?
The standard price (€14/hour) applies Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Outside of these hours, the price is €28/hour + VAT.
Is there a minimum contract requirement?
For meetings of more than 12 people or for weekend use, the minimum booking is 4 hours.
Can I use the 10-hour pass at any time?
The voucher is only valid from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For extended hours or weekends, please contact us directly and we will confirm price and availability.
Why is the hourly booking not confirmed instantly, unlike the other rooms?
Due to the size and layout of the Genesis Room, each event is tailored to your needs (setup, catering, extended hours). When you request availability, our team confirms on the same day.
Can I hire a coffee break for my event?
Yes, we can coordinate a coffee break; we will provide a quote based on the number of people. Ask about the options.
