What is the Workspace Open House?
The Open Hall is an open-plan space of 120 m² on the ground floor of the coworking, fully configurable and adaptable for talks, training sessions, or events, with a capacity of up to 70 people.
How much does it cost to rent the Open Room?
The Open Room costs €120 + VAT for 5 hours, or €200 + VAT for 10 hours. For events with more than 25 people, the full-day rate applies.
What are the Open Room's hours?
The usual hours of use are Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM. From Monday to Friday, there is a possibility of use from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, by prior consultation.
What equipment does the Open Room have?
The Open Room has a 75” screen with HDMI connection, a mobile stand, and Wi-Fi.
What happens if I exceed the contracted hours in the Open Room?
Occasional overages of up to 10 minutes beyond the contracted time are permitted. It is also possible to extend the hours if needed and there is no other booking immediately following.
Can I cancel the Open Room reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your use. Refunds are not issued; a credit will be created for you to book another time.
Can I eat or drink in the Open Room?
In the lounge, you can have coffee, water, and infusions. For meals or snacks, the coworking office has everything you need, and it's also possible to arrange catering for the event.

Workspace offers spacious rooms, breakfast room, bicycle parking and a environment quiet and very pleasant. Luis and Maria have welcomed me in a very affectionate way, making me feel very comfortable working there. There are 3 meeting rooms with whiteboard, all very well prepared.
A bright and very pleasant space for working in a building in the center of Almeria. Luis attended me very well and there is a good atmosphere among coworkers. Coworking Almeria WorkSpace is a perfect place to concentrate and make contacts. I hope to come back soon 🙂
