Vital: for 2-3 people
Vital is the smallest and, furthermore, the most economical: €8/hour, up to 3 people. It doesn't have a screen, and it doesn't need one either: it is designed for a serious call, a job interview via video call, or a 2-3 person chat that just needs silence and privacy. In fact, it features acid-etched window films to reinforce that privacy, and light intensity control to adjust the ambiance.

Casual: up to 5 people, with screen
Casual accommodates up to 5 people and also adds what Vital lacks: a 50-inch screen. At €10/hour, it is the room designed to present something (a project, a proposal, a demo) without relying on anyone's laptop or an improvised projector. It also features adjustable lighting intensity, useful for both presentations and more informal meetings.

Up to 8 people
Idea goes a step further: up to 8 people and a 55-inch screen, at €12/hour. It's the mid-sized room, neither too small to feel cramped nor too big to have wasted space, making it ideal for team or client meetings where everyone no longer fits in Casual.

Genesis: training and events for up to 24 people
Genesis is the only one that changes category: up to 24 people, designed for training sessions, events, or large meetings. The price is €14/hour during standard hours (Monday to Friday, 8am-7pm) and goes up to €28/hour outside those hours or on weekends, with a 4-hour minimum for large groups or weekend bookings.
However, unlike the other three, Genesis is not booked instantly: it requires manual confirmation from our team. This is not a system glitch, but is designed this way in order to prepare the space and confirm actual availability during periods of high demand.
How to choose according to your case
If there are 2 or 3 of you and you need discretion, without displaying anything on screen, the option is Vital.
When there are up to 5 of you and you are going to show something on screen, then Casual is the one to go with.
For a team of up to 8 that needs a good screen, Idea is the most suitable one.
And if there are more than 12 of you, it's a training session or an event, and you can expect confirmation, the room is Génesis.
Also, if you have any last-minute questions about capacity, it's better to head to the upstairs room: generally, it's cheaper to book extra than to have to improvise on the same day.
