What are the hours of operation of the rooms?
Both the Meeting Room and the Visits Room are open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. uninterrupted. For meetings outside these hours, please consult our staff. The Training Room and Events Room are open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm. With a minimum hiring of 4 hours.
What happens if I exceed the time limit?
We allow punctually overruns in the contracted schedule of 10 minutes. We also give the possibility of extending the schedule if needed and as long as there is no other reservation below.
What equipment do the rooms have?
The rooms do not have computers. They have projector or plasma with VGA and HDMI connections. If you have any connection problem, please ask our staff. All our rooms have internet connection via wifi and ethernet.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Through our intranet you can cancel your reservation up to 15 minutes before use without any charge.
Is it possible to eat or drink in the rooms?
Coffee, water and infusions are available in the lounges. For lunch or snacks you will find everything you need in the office.
Do you have parking facilities?
The historic center of Almeria is a regulated blue zone. Another option is the private parking in the coworking environment
What is the internet speed?
With both wifi and ethernet, you can count on a speed of 100mb symmetrical per user. We also have 600mb symmetrical stations and a second connection and backup.
How is safety in space?
We have access control at the main door, alarm and motion sensors with cameras in the access and rooms.
