A Decade of Workspace Coworking Almeria: Trajectory, Growth and the Future of Coworking

Workspace Coworking Almeria celebrates its 10th anniversary and does so with great recognition in the community and in the media. Recently, Luis F. Roca, CEO of Workspace, and Roberto Gonzalo, CEO of Power Lab, were invited to the program "Coworking Almeria". Like Alfredo in his own homeled by Alfredo Casas, to talk about the evolution of coworking in Almeria and the impact it has had on the entrepreneurial community.

A decade of Workspace Coworking Almeria: Growing in the center of town

Luis F. Roca recalled how these ten years have passed since the opening of Workspace in the historic center of the city. In this time, the space has grown significantly, expanding its facilities and consolidating itself as a reference in the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Almeria.

"It seems to have gone by in a flash, but these 10 years have shown us that coworking works in Almeria. The growth of our space is a clear sign that there is a strong and expanding entrepreneurial community."said Roca.

Workspace started in Plaza de la Administración Vieja and recently moved to an emblematic building, a typical Almerian house of 700 square meters, with large windows that provide natural light and a perfect environment to work.

Roberto Gonzalo, CEO of Power Lab and member of the Workspace community, shared his experience and highlighted what makes this coworking facility special:

"From the first moment, I fell in love with the space. I came from working in multinationals in Madrid, and here I found a professional environment, with top-notch facilities and an environment where everyone's work is respected. Also, the community is incredible; you can connect with people from different countries and sectors."commented Gonzalo.

Respect, professionalism and natural light were some of the factors he highlighted as key to the experience of those who choose to work in this space.

The anniversary event: training and networking

The next Thursday, March 20 at 19:00Workspace will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a special event. Luis Roca explained that the day will include a talk about the history of coworking in Almeria, its impact and the future of this work model.

In addition, the event will feature the workshop "The Entrepreneur's Craft".This program, taught by Roberto Gonzalo, will focus on offering key tools for businessmen and entrepreneurs seeking to strengthen their management skills.

"We want this event to be a meeting point for all those who have been part of our community, have attended our events or wish to learn more about our evolution and our role in Almeria's entrepreneurial ecosystem."said Roca.
